My Review:
Rating: 4/5 stars.
I am so happy to have finally finished this series! It has taken me many years and now I can say I've read the Percy Jackson series! This final book was very good with its fast pacing and action on almost every page. It was a pleasure to watch Percy grow up throughout the series and finally see the prophecy be completed and to finally understand what the Oracle meant in her prophecy. There are so many brilliant messages and morals throughout this book that would benefit all readers but especially the audience it is intended for. I love how sarcastic and funny Percy is and it helped me to want to read on.
If I hadn't read 'Great Goddesses' by Nikita Gill just before reading this last book then I wouldn't understand some of the significance of the Gods and Goddesses. I feel like there needs to be some sort of glossary or something similar in the books to help readers understand the Mythology talked about throughout the books. It makes me wonder what I had missed in the other books having not completely understood certain parts of Greek Mythology.
